2. Custom Walk-Up Songs

Custom Walk-Up Songs are personalized digital audio products created based on the selections provided in the intake form after checkout.

What Is Included

Each Custom Walk-Up Song order includes:

• Three professionally produced performance variations of the same custom track
• Personalized intro (name/nickname + jersey number)
• Optional short chorus phrase (if submitted)
• Stadium-optimized 30-second format
• Downloadable MP3 file
• Game and personal-use license

All versions maintain the same:

• Lyrics
• Genre
• Structure
• Personalization details

Variations may differ in:

• Vocal delivery
• Cadence
• Energy emphasis
• Production intensity

 

Creative Direction

Creative direction is locked once the personalization form is submitted.

Requests to change genre, vocal style, structure, or lyrical direction after submission are not included.

 

Revisions

Revisions are limited to factual errors only, including:

• Name mispronunciation
• Incorrect jersey number
• Misspelling of the athlete’s name/nickname
• Production oversight (examples: the delivered track does not match the options you submitted in the intake form, or a submitted personalization detail was accidentally omitted)

Revisions do not include changes based on preference or buyer-selected changes after submission (including changing genre, vocal style, energy direction, structure, or lyrics).

 

Refund Policy – Custom Walk-Up Songs

Custom Walk-Up Songs are non-refundable once purchased due to their personalized nature.

 

3. Signature Walk-Up Songs

Signature Walk-Up Songs are pre-produced tracks available for immediate purchase.

Each Signature purchase includes:

• Instant download of the track with game and personal-use license
• A personalized intro version (delivered within 48 hours)

 

Refund Policy – Signature Songs

Digital products are non-refundable once purchased.

Factual personalization errors will be corrected.

 

4. Instant Tracks / Just The Song

Instant Tracks are pre-produced digital downloads with no personalization.

Instant Tracks are non-refundable once purchased.

 

5. Licensing & Usage

All purchases include a non-exclusive license for:

• Personal use
• Youth, travel, high school, or recreational sports use
• Social media posting
 

Tracks may not be:

• Resold
• Distributed commercially
• Claimed as original works
• Uploaded to streaming platforms under another name
