How Do I Download My Song?
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a Google Drive download link. To download: Open the email and click the download link. Tap or click the Download button (arrow icon). The file will save as an MP3 to your phone or computer. If you don’t see the email: • Check your spam or promotions folder. • Search your inbox for “The Walk Up Song.” All tracks are delivered as high-quality MP3 files.
How Do I Add It To My Game Day App?
Once downloaded, open your team’s game day app. Our MP3 files work with: • Ballpark DJ • Walkout Song DJ • WalkoutHero • Batter’s Anthem • Baseball DJ • GameChanger • And most other walk-up or team music apps To add your song: Open your app. Tap Add Song, Import, or Upload. Select the downloaded MP3 file. Save. You’re ready for game day. If you’re unsure which app your team uses, ask your coach — they’ll know.
How Fast Will I Receive My Song?

🍎 Can I Use This With Apple Music?
Yes — but here’s how it works: Personalized tracks cannot be uploaded to Apple Music or Spotify for public streaming. However, once you download your MP3 file, you can: • Add it to your personal Apple Music library • Sync it to your phone • Add it to your own playlists • Play it through Bluetooth speakers Many teams use Apple Music to play locally stored MP3 files during games. Our files work with Apple Music (personal library), Ballpark DJ, Walkout Song DJ, WalkoutHero, GameChanger & most team music apps. If you’re unsure how your team handles music, check with your coach. For best results, the person running music should: • Download the MP3 to a computer • Drag it into the Apple Music (Music app) library • Make sure “Sync Library” is turned on This will sync the song to their phone and allow it to be used at games.
What If Our Team Only Allows 15 Seconds?
No problem. Game Day Packs, Signature, Custom, And Elite songs all include a Stadium Cut (15-second version) designed specifically for short walk-up windows.
Can I share this with The Coach?
Yes. Once downloaded, simply forward the MP3 file to your coach or upload it directly into your team’s game day app.
Do You Offer Revisions?
Signature and Custom – Includes correction of factual errors (name or number). Elite – Includes one revision for timing or placement adjustments.
